Wanneer het trommelvlies meer op spanning komt te staan, worden lage frequenties zoals suizen en brommen minder hard waargenomen.&nbsp;Een mooie functie, hierdoor kunnen we geluid wegfilteren zodat we de frequentie van het menselijk stemgeluid beter kunnen opvangen. In onze evolutie is dit erg belangrijk geweest om als baby op het stemgeluid van de moeder te kunnen richten.&nbsp;Ook wordt het geluid van kauwen en je eigen stem gedempt en iets vervormd. Zo hoor je jezelf anders dan wanneer je jezelf op video of audio hoort.<\/p>\n<p>Beide spieren worden aangestuurd via hersenzenuwen (hersenzenuw V en VII), wat betekent dat ze onbewust worden aangestuurd en al vroeg in de evolutie zijn ontstaan. Deze twee zenuwen kunnen onder andere be\u00efnvloed worden wanneer het zenuwstelsel onder spanning staat door bijvoorbeeld stress, emotie of trauma.&nbsp;Zijn je nek-, schouder- en\/of kaakspieren gespannen? Grote kans dat die hersenzenuwen naar het middenoor niet goed meer functioneren. Het gevolg daarvan is dat de oorspiertjes die vandaag in de hoofdrol spelen, niet goed meer functioneren wat resulteert in het harder waarnemen van achtergrondgeluiden, suisgeluiden en bromtonen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vaak is hier IETS aan te doen!<\/strong><br>Verbeteringen kunnen optreden doordat de hersenzenuwen te be\u00efnvloeden zijn! De oefeningen die je daarvoor kan doen zijn veel simpeler dan de tekst die je zojuist hebt gelezen.
